About Zabanyad 

Zabanyad has started its activity on Instagram since May 2018. Through educational content provision for the English language and staying consistent, Zabanyad has gradually gained over 200K followers.

Zabanyad is accessible on different platforms, including Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, website, etc.

This product belongs to “Farabeen innovative Business”, and in this document, “Zabanyad” and “we” refers to Farabeen innovative Business, registered 52226, and “you” refers to users of Zabanyad program.

About Zabanyad program 

With an emphasis on story-based learning, Zabanyad educational program teaches you English in five levels, from elementary to advanced. Each level consists of 20 lessons, each including: conversation, grammar, vocabulary, idioms, etc. Other sections of Zabanyad provide up-to-date and practical content for users with the goal of teaching native English. These sections are: Zabancast, Stories, Classes, etc.

What information is received from you?

In order to provide its services as well as possible, Zabanyad needs the following accesses, which are granted by users while creating a user account:

• Internet access 
• Mobile phone number or email
• Name and surname (if the profile is completed)
• Phone storage (incase of choosing a profile picture)

What will be the use of your personal information?

• As Zabanyad is not stored on your phone, you need internet access to use the services provided. With access to your internet network, Zabanyad will be able to display its content to you, and if there is no internet connection, you will be notified through a message.

• Entering the mobile number is required to receive a disposable password and registration. You can also register with your email address.

• Your personal information such as: first name, last name, age, etc. are information that are used to complete the profile. With the help of such information, Zabanyad is able to better produce targeted information and will use it only for more optimal communication with you. Entering this information is optional and not doing so won't have a negative effect on the use of Zabanyad services.

• You can use your personal photos to create and complete your profile. To select and upload this photo, Zabanyad needs access to your phone storage. Of course, this is optional and you can use the default picture for your profile.

Security of personal information

The safety of Zabanyad users is one of our main priorities, for this purpose, a one-time password (OTP) is used to log into the user account on Zabanyad, which is only possible by accessing the mobile phone number entered during registration.

In the case of your phone being stolen, or before changing the phone number with which the user account was created, inform Zabanyad so that your account can either be determined, or your profile information can be changed. Otherwise, and in cases of access to your user account information by a third party, Zabanyad does not accept any responsibility.

Your requests

In case of a need for changing or deleting personal information, you can do so through your user profile. You can also contact us via email, [support@zabanyad.com]. We will review your request to the extent permitted by law and notify you of the outcome as soon as possible.
